Our service allows you to submit your name and message for encoding and storage within a DNA capsule, which is subsequently placed aboard our satellite for preservation in space.

We operate in partnership with licensed satellite operators and comply with relevant international space regulations.

Elephant Juice provides a specialized service that allows individuals to send their names and personal messages into space. Through the use of advanced DNA encoding technology, the submitted names and messages are converted into a DNA-based storage format, which is securely preserved within a capsule aboard our satellite. This process ensures the long-term preservation of the data beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

 

Our service offers various packages designed to commemorate personal connections, milestones, and legacies. Each package provides a formalized method of participation, enabling individuals to establish a lasting presence in space through our secure and regulated process.

The service process includes:

4.1. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options available on our website.

4.2. Currency: All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

4.3. Pricing Policy: Elephant Juice reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or offer promotional discounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

(a) All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

(b) No additional taxes, duties, or fees shall be imposed beyond the displayed price.

(c) Invoices will itemize the tax amounts for customer records.

5.3. Shipping Method: For physical deliveries, Elephant Juice selects appropriate carriers based on the destination country. Digital items will be delivered via email.

 

All transactions with Elephant Juice are final. Due to the unique nature of our service, which involves encoding names and messages into a DNA capsule for preservation aboard our satellite, cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions.

 

If a cancellation request is made within 30 days of payment and prior to the submission of your name and message, you are eligible for an 80% refund.

Once your name and message have been submitted and processed, they cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Cancellation requests made within four months of the scheduled launch date are not eligible for a refund, regardless of submission status.

 

Once a name or message is submitted, it is permanently encoded into a DNA capsule and stored aboard our satellite. This process is irreversible, and as such, cancellations and refunds are not available after submission. Due to the permanent nature of DNA storage and space preservation, all completed submissions are final and non-refundable.

 

 

Elephant Juice undertakes to provide one successful satellite launch. In the event of failure due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), we will arrange for a second launch at no additional cost.

 

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs featured on the Elephant Juice website are the exclusive property of Elephant Juice and are protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

9.1. Information Collection: We collect personal information that is necessary for the provision of our services.

9.2. Data Protection: Elephant Juice implements robust security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

9.3. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except when required for fulfilment of services as mandated by law. For further details, please refer to our full privacy policy.

 

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elephant Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

10.2. In the event of any claim or dispute, the total liability of Elephant Juice shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

 

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed through Elephant Juice’s internal complaint resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration, which shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

13.1. Prohibited Conduct: The authorized use of any content from our website for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

13.2. User Conduct: Users agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringe upon third-party rights, or disrupt the normal operation of the website.

14.2. Replacement Policy

In the event that any physical items are damaged during shipping, customer may request a replacement within 30 days of receipt, at no additional cost.

 

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental actions, or other events of force majeure.

 

Elephant Juice adheres to all relevant space industry regulations and holds the required licenses and permits to operate its services in full compliance with applicable laws.

 

Customers are obligated to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information throughout the entire service process.

 

Customer data will be retained for a period of up to seven (7) years following the completion of the service, in compliance with record-keeping and legal requirements.

 

Elephant Juice will provide updates regarding the status of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and current at all times.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elephant Juice, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners from any and all claims, damage, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

 

If the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Elephant Juice reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
